  1. An incredible story of positivity - should be on everyone's 'must do' list.

Wow! This was a truly eye opening experience and one I’m not likely to forget in a hurry. I had imagined a visit to the townships of Cape Town would be an experience where one is ‘shocked’ by the poverty and living conditions of its residents but what really stood out for me at the end of it all is the positivity and good humour of it’s people.

From the enthusiasm of the lady ‘farmers’ in Abalimi Bezekhaya as they tended to their crops, chatting and laughing amongst each other, to the incredible work the Amy Foundation does with the youth and the sheer energy and passion of the children in the Jikeleza Dance Project I was inspired and uplifted by them all.

A huge thanks to James for taking me on this incredible journey – it’s one I can’t recommend highly enough!
